Immanuel maintains an Endowment Fund invested with the Lutheran Church – Missouri synod Foundation. Immanuel’s Endowment Fund has three major sections:
Church and Ministry
Education,
Mission Outreach.
“Church and Ministry” finances some projects not funded in the regular operating budget, and it provides supplementary funding for building and grounds maintenance . “Education” provides financial scholarship aid for current Immanuel students whose families struggle to afford to tuition. It also provides scholarship to college students pursuing church vocations or attending Valparaiso University or Concordia University, Chicago “Mission Outreach” helps to pay for Immanuel mission trips, as well as providing funding for missions like Bright Stars of Bethlehem.
