Altar Guild
The Altar Guild sets up communion for worship services. They prepare and clean the communion ware, vestments and linens. Three or four ladies serve as a team each month.
Benefit Society
The Benefit Society has been meeting for over 100 years. These ladies meet each month except July and August. They join in lively conversation and Bible study on the first Thursday at 1 p.m. in the All Saints Chapel. The Benefit Society hosts fundraiser lunches and sells greeting cards to support needs at Immanuel and around the world.
Co-operative Circle
The emphasis for Co-op meetings is Christian women’s 
fellowship in support of Immanuel. Funds raised through the
annual rummage sale and Oktoberfest are supplemented by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday evening of some months in the cafeteria. Events include Crazy Bunco, Ice Cream Social, Rummage Sale, Oktoberfest, and Advent Cookie Exchange and Caroling.

Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (L.W.M.L.)
Ladies from Immanuel are members of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML), the official women’s organization of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. The LWML focuses on affirming each woman in her relationship with Christ to enable her to be in ministry among the people of the world. For over 60 years the organization has been encouraging and equipping women to live out their Christian lives in active
mission ministries and to financially support global missions.

Immanuel’s LWML plans a spring and a fall mission breakfast. LWML members attend Zone rallies and District and International Conventions. LWML collects Mites (coins and small bills) for mission work.
Quilters
Lutheran ladies from several local churches meet every Wednesday at 9 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief. No former experience is needed to be part of this group. The quilts are sent all over the world to comfort people in need. Click here for more information.
Annual Women’s Retreat
The retreat begins with worship and a highlight of the retreat theme. The ladies then spend time with the LORD in prayer and reflect on scripture readings as they take their lawn chair and Bible to a quiet place on the church grounds. The retreat includes a craft and ends with a luncheon for which the ladies each bring their favorite salad. Check the weekly bulletin
